Xmas orders

Christmas last order dates for the UK:

For all free 1st class delivery orders the Royal Mail recommended last order date is 20.12.08. We will be open and dispatching orders on Saturday 20th December if ordered before 11am.  As 1st class delivery isn't a guaranteed service once the order is sent out it will be down to Royal Mail to deliver the item in time for Christmas although Royal Mail say this will be ok. If you want a piece of mind please use a guarenteed delivery service, please call for details.

Some heavier items such as frames and bikes are sent free by Parcelforce 24. The last ordering date for Parcelforce is Tuesday 23rd December.

If you require a guaranteed service, give us a call to make the order or once you've made the order online give us a call to arrange any extra postage.

Last ordering dates for Special delivery is Tuesday 23rd December.

Christmas Opening hours:

Friday 19th December - Open as usual 10am - 5:30pm (free 1st class orders can still be delivered).
Saturday 20th December - 9am - 11:00am (open for any free last minute 1st class orders to be sent out that day).
Sunday 21st December - Closed.
Monday 22nd December - Open as usual 10am - 5:30pm (We recommend Special delivery or Parcelforce, please call).
Tuesday 23rd December - Open as usual 10am - 5:30pm (Special delivery or Parcelforce only to arrive in time for Xmas, please call to order).
Wednesday 24th-28th December - Closed (All orders between these dates will be dispatched on Monday 29th December).

Monday 29th December - Open as usual 10am - 5:30pm.
Tuesday 30th December - Open as usual 10am - 5:30pm.
Wednesday 31st December - CLOSED
Thursday 1st January - CLOSED.
Friday 2nd January - Normal opening hours.
